Quels sont les délais de livraison?

Toutes les commandes sont préparées et expédiées sous 24h a 48h . Elles sont ensuite acheminées par La Poste dans un délai de 2 à 3 jours ouvrés.

Vous recevrez un numéro de suivi de votre colis afin de pouvoir suivre l'acheminement de votre colis.

Annulation

Je traite les commandes que vous passez rapidement, en général dans les 12h. Pour cette raison, vous avez 12h après votre commande passée et validée pour l'annuler. Passé ce délai, votre commande aura déjà été expédiée et je ne serais pas en mesure d'annuler votre commande.

Tous nos conseils d'entretien sont notifiés sur les fiches produits.

What are the delivery times

All orders are prepared and shipped within 24 hours. They are then sent by La Poste within 2 to 3 working days.

You will receive a tracking number for your package so that you can follow the delivery of your package.

Cancelation

I process the orders you place quickly, usually within 12 hours. For this reason, you have 12 hours after your order has been placed and validated to cancel it. After this time, your order will have already been shipped and I will not be able to cancel your order.

Returns and Refunds

You can make a return by respecting these conditions:

1°) Contact me by email at the following address: contact.mllechouchou@gmail.com. and download the return form to attach with your order.

2°) The costs are your responsibility.

3°) The return must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order.

4°) To qualify for a return, the items must be intact and returned in their original packaging.

5°) The Return Form must be completed and attached to your order.

Once I have received and inspected your package accompanied by your invoice and the return form, the refund is made within 14 working days of receipt of the items. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the return has been processed.
